New game, new location, new storyline. As a matter of fact, it will not be related to Fallout 3 AT ALL. Obsidian is also led by the founders of Black Isle Studios - the developers of the original Fallout and Fallout 2." It’s essentially Fallout 4. New game, new location, new storyline.
