From developer Smart Bomb Interactive, a developer with a small, rather unexplored history, comes a game I desperately want to play: Snoopy Flying Ace.

Although there aren’t too many details out there on the game yet, there are a few things to be excited about, like being able to use any of the Peanuts characters as pilots, flying and customizing 16 different planes, and online dogfights for up to 16 players. Oh, and apparently there’s team-based air rugby? I won’t question such madness until I’ve seen it in action. All of this across 10 different stages, appearing on Xbox Live Arcade for what I can only hope will be a reasonable price. Excitement is mine.

The best thing ever? Probably not. Epic tons of fun? I anticipate a resounding yes, cried from the lips of the hundred million aimless dogfighting enthusiasts, left thirsting for the sight of biplanes exploding like clouds of volatile fireflies after the end of World War I. I assume said dogfighting enthusiasts exist, at least. I have no real proof.
