This looks to be something like cross between the story of Igneous, the gameplay of Portal, and the Gravity Gun from Half-life 2.
From Toltec Studios comes this curious looking game which took home second place in the Make Something Unreal contest a while back. It uses the Unreal 3 engine and was apparently already a mod for Unreal Tournament 3. This will be a full length game without the full price. The developers say they want to sell it for 20 Euros($27.19) but we will just have to see if that holds true in their release sometime in the Summer of 2010.
I’ll let you know how it is when they do release it, until then stay tuned.
